Disable the Blocking of Attachments in Windows Live Mail
Windows Live Mail will block the attachment when you receive mail with chm/.exe extension.To receive the attachment you can configure Live Mail
1. Open Windows Live Mail.
2. Menu> Tools and select Safety Options>Security tab
3. Uncheck the Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus checkbox.
4. Click the OK button.
