ImageXtender for Windows Picture and Fax Viewer
ImageXtender is a unique free application that teaches your Windows XP image viewer to understand more than 200 image formats. This is the first program to display such outdated formats as *.msp, *.gem together with really rare ones, such as *.cals, *.dpx., iff, hdri, raw, sgi
It is easily installed into your system (Windows XP), and provides you with ability to use standard Windows image viewer for viewing files of nearly all image formats instead of 5 available before.
Also, ImageXtender allows viewing non standard formats produced by digital cameras or mobile phones. ImageXtender builds itself into your operating system. Once it is installed, you can view images of most formats in 3 standard Windows modes - Preview, Thumbnails and Filmstrip.

Photoshop Goes Online and Free

Photoshop Express is a free online photo editor that's not meant to replace Adobe's current offerings, but "make Adobe imaging technology immediately accessible to large numbers of people." And from the screenshot here you can tell it's not even a dumbed- down Photoshop, but an entirely new product.

This online version is a free service. Photoshop Express allows users to store up to 2GB of images, make edits to their photos, and share them, all online. This tool may not have all the features of Photoshop, but it has basic features needed to edit photos.
Another good feature of this tool is that you can reverse the changes made to the photos just like Photoshop. You can use any of the 17 editing tools to modify your images.
Photoshop Express also includes features that let you choose how to view and share photos. You can group your photos into albums or slideshows and a gallery feature lets you gather together your Web-based albums and slideshows. You can also change layouts, add captions, and email images or albums to family or friends.
