General Tips:
* Always wipe the CD from the center outward with stratight spoke-like strokes. Wiping CDs in circles will create more scratches.
* Do not scratch the graphics layer as you cannot repair the disc.
HINT: Hold the disc up to a light with the graphics layer facing the light source. If you can see light thru the scratches at any point then the disc may be irreparable and or exhibit loading or playing errors.
* Clean your Disc players lens regularly with a suitable product to ensure optimal viewing pleasure.
* Make sure to use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean both sides of the disc. Wipe in a straight line from the centre of the disc to the outer edge.
* If wiping with a cloth does not remove a fingerprint or smudge, use a specialized DVD disc polishing spray to clean the disc.
* Only handle the disc by its outer edge and the empty hole in the middle. This will help prevent fingerprints, smudges or scratches

The .dbx and .mbx files are used by Outlook Express for storing files. Each mailbox in Outlook Express has its own file with the extension of .dbx (like inbox.dbx, drafts.dbx etc), and all emails from a given mailbox are kept in that one file. Together these are saved in a folder named as store folder which is located deep inside "Documents and Settings" folder.
When a Microsoft Outlook Express user deletes an email, the process usually involves sending the message to the "deleted items" folder, and then selecting the option to "empty the deleted items folder". Once this has been done, a deleted email is no longer
You may be able to see these e-mails if:
1. They were just recently deleted.
2. Outlook express has not compacted the folder yet.It won't hurt to try this.
- Do a search for *.dbx
- Find the Deleted Items.dbx in the results folder.
- Right click this folder.
- Choose Open With and then choose Wordpad.(highlight the file, hold down the shift key, right click and get the menu to show up...and let go of the shift key)
- Make sure you REMOVE the tick in the 'Always use this program to open this file' dialog
- Most of the results will be garbage but if you scroll close to the end of the display you may be able to view some of the emails that have been deleted but not compacted

To find Trojan-Spy.win32.BHO directories, go to Start > My Computer > Local Disk (C:) > Program Files > Show the contents of this folder.
Search and delete the following Trojan-Spy.win32.BHO directories:
C:\Program Files\MicroAntivirus
C:\Program Files\Vista Antivirus 2008
Right-click on the Trojan-Spy.win32.BHO folder and select Delete.
A message will popup ‘Are you sure you want to remove the folder Trojan-Spy.win32.BHO and move all its contents to the Recycle Bin?’, click Yes.
Another message will appear saying ‘Renaming, moving or deleting Trojan-Spy.win32.BHO could make some programs not work. Are you sure you want to do this?’, click Yes. - To remove Trojan-Spy.win32.BHO icons on your Desktop, drag and drop them to the Recycle Bin.
