JkDefrag, a freeware defragmentation tool and optimizer for Windows .It can be used to schedule a defragmentation of your systemfiles like pagefile and registry files.It can also erase any information which is left  behind on your harddisk after erasing files

    Completely  automatic  and very easy to  use, fast, low overhead, with several optimization  strategies,  and can  handle floppies, USB disks, memory sticks, and anything  else   that  looks like  a  disk to Windows. Although  JkDefrag  does  not continuously  defragment  your  hard drive  as a process  in  the  background, the screensaver option goes one better in that it kicks  the defrag process into action at those idle times when normally your screensaver would run.
