Yahoo! Buzz is a service that allows you to track what's hot on the Web. You do not need to be signed-in to the Yahoo! network to access this service, however you must be signed in to the Yahoo! Network in order to buzz content or to send content to others.

Yahoo had opened Buzz for only a few selected  publishers in the beginning, but now everyone can submit stories from today.
